Contractor-Grade Floor Kit

Flexomeric FLEX-1200 is a dual component, ultra low viscosity (very thin), high quality interior concrete repair polymer. Flexomeric FLEX-1200 is designed for rapidly repairing deeply spalled or damaged concrete surfaces, broken control joint walls and various cracks in concrete.

It penetrates floor cracks better than epoxy, and does not become brittle over time as epoxies do. FLEX-1200 is intended for use in damaged concrete such as overhead concrete cracks, hairline floor cracks, parking garage decks and spalls and crack in fork lift traffic areas. It is unique in that it can be used below very cold temperatures as found in cold storage warehouses or walk-in freezers. It is designed for repairing floor cracks that are hairline to wide.

Usage: Concrete floor cracks in garages, driveways, patios, broken control joints, deeply spalled or damaged control joints, and various other concrete floor crack repairs.

REQUIRED TOOLS

Dual-Cartridge Gun

The 600ml dual-component FLEX-1200 Resin is injected into the concrete crack using a quality, dual-component injection gun.

Wire Brush

A wire brush is required for the cleaning step of the instructions. It is used to clean away any loose concrete, paint, oil, dirt and other debri on the surface of the crack.

Hand Grinder

It is best practice to grind the length of the crack to facilitate the injection process. A dustless hand grinder is recommended to elimate compacted concrete dust.

Safety Goggles

Safety goggles are required to ensure eye protection during the injection process. Materials may be harmful when in direct contact with eyes.

Which Flexomeric kit do I need?

Choosing the correct Flexomeric Floor Crack Repair kit is easy.

Measure the smallest width of the crack. The injection material needs to be able to penetrate this portion of the crack to ensure that entire crack is sealed.

Use the following kits according to their corresponding measurements: 

Hairline to wide: FLEXKIT-1200
3/32″ to 1/2″: FLEXKIT-1300
Hairline to 3/32″: FLEXKIT-1350
